Biografía
Nació el 26 de septiembre de 1874 en Oshkosh, Estados Unidos Falleció el 3 de noviembre de 1940 Hine valora la cámara fotográfica como instrumento para la investigación, como instrumento para comunicar sus hallazgos a investigadores y la enseñanza a los niños de su colegio.
