Women nowadays don't manage to get high positions as investigators as they should and men get almost all the senior positions in Science.
On top, scientific women in the past were less recognised than men.
ONLY 1 OUT OF EVERY 5 IMPORTANT POSITIONS IN SCIENCE ARE OCCUPIED BY WOMEN IN SPAIN
Up to 7 years old, girls believe that they are capable ofachieving important jobs in life
Over this age, most of them begin to lose self-confidence
Because of that, we want to encourage girls by making an exhibition about present significant scientific women
