Its name is
European otter
The European Otter lives in the Europea, Asia and Africa.
It lives in rivers in rural or forest areas , with at the sides.
Its population is decreasing in all Europe, and it has disappeared in many areas since the 1960s.
It lives in in rivers in rural or forest , with vegetation at the sides.
It is 57 to 79 cm long,It has got cream coloreud fur in its belly and the rest brown. It weighs 7 to 12 kg. It has got small ears,and whiskers all around its snout. Its well equipped for nautic habits : a long tail and short legs.
It feeds on fish, but it can also eat crustaceans, amphibians , insects.
The otter gives to one to four pups after 60 days of gestation. After 13 months, the baby otter to live on its own.
It can swim and dive very well.
The otter is the danger of extinction because of pollution,loss of habitat (for agriculture), and hunting legal and illegal.
